We are INTEGRITY PROCTORING SERVICES, a company registered in Alberta, Canada. We operate the website www.integrity-ps.com. The terms “Integrity Proctoring Services,” “Integrity,” “us,” or “we” refer to the owner of the website whose registered office is Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. Your access to and use of www.integrity-ps.com is subject to these terms and conditions. By using the website, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you cannot order any services from our site.

PURCHASE OF OUR EXAM TIME SLOTS
By placing a Security Exam Timeslot via this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements, are 18 years of age or older, and are accessing the website from your account. By booking an exam, you enter into a contract with Integrity Proctoring Services. Exams can be booked online and paid in full at the time of booking. You may pay via debit or credit card using a button on the booking page.

Exams will not be fully confirmed until payment has been processed.

THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND INTEGRITY PROCTORING SERVICES.
Soon after placing an order on our website, you will receive an email with a receipt acknowledging that we have confirmed your booking. Your booking will only be fully activated once we have received payment, verified, and accepted your order and subsequently sent you the acceptance confirmation via email. If you have questions or experience issues, please contact us by email.

CANCELLATION / BOOKING CHANGE AND POSTPONEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you wish to cancel or postpone an exam, you can do so at any time up until 2 Business Days before the exam. To cancel or postpone, please email with your booking reference, date of exam, and type of exam. We will cancel your place and confirm.

Please see our cancellation policy below. We incur assessment, administration, and location costs; therefore, we cannot offer a full refund within 2 days of the exam date. Refunds for online payments are processed via our payment gateway, Square, and may take several days to be credited back to your card. Refunds for invoice payments will be credited to the account the payment has been taken from.

Our cancellation/postponement policy is as follows:

Cancellations must be made in writing/by email to Integrity Proctoring Services 2 business days before the security exam date to obtain a full refund. 

Bookings made within two days of a security exam cannot be refunded.

Four participants are required to facilitate an exam date. If there are fewer than four participants in an exam, the examiner will contact the students to inform them that the exam will be rescheduled to the next available date.

Exams postponed by a candidate for any reason within two working days of the exam date will incur 100% of the total exam or training course cost on top of the exam/training course cost for the new date.

GST
Exams purchased are liable for GST at 5%.

CERTIFICATION
The Alberta Solicitor General and Justice will issue certificates upon successful completion of the exam.

OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time and without notification to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and our system’s capabilities.
When you order any of our services from us, you will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force unless a change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required by law or governmental authority.

By taking an exam at Integrity Proctoring Services (either in person or remotely), you agree to abide by the code of conduct set forth by Alberta Solicitor General and Justice.
